Dashboard Instructions

Thank you for registering your children for this years Peace Pals International Art Exhibition and Awards.

If you have already uploaded the artwork, please be sure you have scanned the artwork in high resolution. Please do not photograph the artwork as we will not be able to accept this format. If you have already uploaded the artwork and it has not been scanned, please remove the artwork and upload new artwork.

Quick Checklist

Register Child(ren)
Verify your mailing address. Please make sure it is complete and correct for prizes.
Children must paint or draw artwork (no adult help)
Upload scanned artwork (no photographs) in high resolution (300 dpi)
Make sure you have scanned all of the artwork and not missed any of the edges.
Download participation certificate

IMPORTANT: All artwork and writing must be done by the child. If it is found the artwork was done in any part by an adult, the artwork will be disqualified.

If you do not remember your password, please select Lost your Password. Once you have hit the LOGIN button, you will be brought to your Dashboard.

View Your Account Information – Verify Address and Phone Number.

Note: Parents account information is similar (no school name).

Add Student(s)

You can add (as many as you need) and remove students.
Remember to always submit your changes.

Edit Student Information – click on Student List on left, then select the student to edit.

Upload Students Artwork.
Make sure the artwork is scanned in high resolution (300 dpi)

DO NOT PHOTOGRAPH ARTWORK.
Photographs of artwork are uneven and blurry and cannot be printed.

If you want to replace the artwork you have uploaded, return to your dashboard and View Image.

Upload the new artwork.

To view your artwork full size. Click on the Artwork. If you are in your dashboard and want to view images full size, select the student name, view image and then click on the Artwork.
