Dashboard Instructions

Thank you for registering your child(ren) for this year’s Peace Pals International Art Exhibition and Awards.

If you have already uploaded artwork, please make sure the artwork was scanned in high resolution. Photographs of artwork cannot be accepted.

If you previously uploaded artwork that was photographed instead of scanned, please remove the file and upload a new scanned version.

Quick Checklist

• Register your child(ren)
• Verify your mailing address so prizes can be delivered correctly
• Children must create the artwork themselves by painting or drawing (no adult assistance)
• Upload a scanned image of the artwork in high resolution (300 DPI)
• Photographs of artwork will not be accepted
• Make sure the entire artwork is scanned and that no edges are cut off
• Download your participation certificate

IMPORTANT

All artwork and writing must be created entirely by the child.
If any portion of the artwork is completed by an adult, the entry will be disqualified.

If you do not remember your password, please select Lost your Password. Once you click the LOGIN button, you will be taken to your Dashboard.

View Your Account Information – Verify Address and Phone Number.

Note: Parents’ account information is similar (no school name).

Add Student(s)

You can add (as many as you need) and remove students.
Remember to always submit your changes.

Edit Student Information – click on Student List on the left, then select the student to edit.

Upload Students Artwork.
Make sure the artwork is scanned in high resolution (300 dpi)

DO NOT PHOTOGRAPH ARTWORK.
Photographs of artwork are uneven and blurry and cannot be printed.

If you want to replace the artwork you have uploaded, return to your dashboard and View Image.

Upload the new artwork.

To view your artwork full size. Click on the Artwork. If you are in your dashboard and want to view images full size, select the student name, view image and then click on the Artwork.
