Avelyn portrayed the theme of \u00abMay Peace Prevail on Earth\u00bb and \u00abOneness with Diversity\u00bb by drawing children from various nationalities dancing together under a rainbow and peace dove, surrounding by flags in hearts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7145\" src=\"http:\/\/worldpeace.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Avelyn_Jing_2016peacepal.jpg\" alt=\"Avelyn_Jing_2016peacepal\" width=\"400\" height=\"391\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Avelyn, who has a passion for art, was inspired by the fun she has dancing and singing with her friends, many of whom hail from diverse backgrounds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7146\" src=\"http:\/\/worldpeace.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Avelyn_Jing_2016_PeacePole-peace-pals.jpg\" alt=\"Avelyn_Jing_2016_PeacePole-peace-pals\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As part of her prize, Avelyn was awarded a 6-foot Peace Pole\u00a0which she\u00a0and her family donated to her school Palo Verde Elementary.
